“I was really excited to buy the brush after ready mostly positive feedback and my daughter couldn’t wait to use it. As soon as it arrived she used it for the first time (on damp, washed hair) and was so disappointed it didn’t help with the knots at all and with my daughter having a sensitive head we had really high hopes. Once the knots have been eventually brushed out we brush her hair every few hours after to keep on top of it and this helps a lot.”
