I bought the Mother Brush as I have very thick hair. I could not believe how easy it got through my hair and how good it felt on my scalp. Loved it so much, ordered one for each of my daughters who also have very thick hair. Absolutely love it.

Soo glad to finally have the mother brush! It works so good on my fine but thick hair which is always getting tangled. I've been using it on wet and dry hair and works great! I also love the longer bristles and the new design handle

I recently bought a standard and mini happy hairbrush and later bought a mother hairbrush. My 5-year-old loves her mini. I had been disappointed with the standard for myself because, while it was gentle, it wouldn’t go through all my layers of hair. It works well on my 5-year-old’s hair (she just likes the mini one better) but not on my adult hair. When the Mother Brush came out, I thought it sounded like the perfect solution, but I was nervous given the price and my experience with the standard brush. I’m pleased to say I’m thrilled with the Mother Brush. I’ve been using it for several weeks now and it gets through my masses of fine, curly hair far better than any detangling brush or comb I’ve had before. (Each strand of my hair is thin but I have tonnes of it!!!) I was unwell for a couple of weeks during that time and didn’t brush my hair for the whole 2 weeks. By the time I had the energy to shower, I had a massive bird’s nest in my hair. Normally that would have taken an hour of combing with a massive detangler comb to fix. The Mother brush did it in 10 mins without any tears! When I found the standard happy brush disappointing I tried the Lady Jane copycat brush. I found the bristles stronger but the flexible head was counterproductive. The Mother Brush has longer and stronger bristles again but with a rigid head. The result is a far superior brush. So, if you hate the physical and emotional pain of brushing your hair, here’s my recommendation: - For little kids with small, sensitive heads, get the mini brush - For mid-late primary school and middle school, go with the standard happy brush - For high school and adults, go with the mother brush These brushes are expensive, but the price is worth it if hair care is currently a pain or struggle for you and your family.

I am in LOVE with this brush! Soft, yet firm enough. I have fine hair but lots of it, with a sensitive scalp and it has been amazing. The longer bristle are brilliant. Will buy another when I can afford to!

I love my Mother Brush so much! It glides through my hair at its knottiest. The pins really get into my scalp , it's like a little head massage! And I find used with the hairdryer it leaves my hair so straight that I can get away without using a straightener! It's really a blessing!
