Hi Angela, we’re so sorry for the frustration this caused and for any confusion around our response. We did reply and are sorry if it didn’t reach you. With new brushes, a small number of loose bristles can sometimes come away initially, however to make sure you’re fully looked after, a replacement brush has been arranged and is on its way. Thank you for sharing your feedback, we truly care about our customers and their experience with us.
