One of the best features is the wet wipes window at the bottom of the bag at the very front. If you pull down the panel you will reveal the window that can hold a standard packet of wipes. The window is designed so that the wipes are ready for action and can be simply pulled out without you needing to open the backpack itself. Buggy clips and padded rucksack straps To help keep you comfortable, the DadGear Backpack has padded rucksack straps. The rear of the bag is also padded. The straps can be adjusted to suit your build or amount of clothing you are wearing. Unlike many backpack changing bags, the DadGear comes complete with buggy clips. These allow you to securely attach your bag to your pram or pushchair. Just be careful you don't overload your buggy and cause it to tip. Two side mesh pockets There is a mesh pocket on each side of the bag. These can hold drinks bottles or anything else you want close to hand. Two side bottle pockets Above each mesh pocket you will find a bottle pocket which closes with a vertical zip. These bottle pockets are really big and can hold either two bottles on top of each other or one of the larger baby bottles. You can therefore take up to four bottles with you at a time. Front compartment The first compartment on the bag has a zip that goes around three sides so that you can open it fully. Inside you will find two flat mesh pockets and one larger pocket behind. There is also a hook which you can use to hold your keyring. This compartment would make the perfect place to keep your own belongings as there is plenty of room for your purse, wallet, keys, phone and travel documents without it being so large that you can't find anything. Second compartment holds the changing mat Behind the front compartment is a larger zipped area that holds the padded changing mat. This is a fairly simple area with two large mesh pockets. Huge main compartment The main compartment is massive. It doesn't have any pockets inside so would be perfect for baby clothes, washable nappies, blankets or any other large and bulky item you need with you. In the Winter you could stuff your baby's outer clothes in here when going in and out of heated areas. You access the wipes case from here. Nappy hammock on the top What looks like a top zipped pocket is in fact designed to hold your clean nappies whether disposable or washable. Having them at the very top of the bag in their own dedicated area means you can find them quickly and with one hand, very useful when your baby is being particularly wriggly. Use every day or for long journeys and air travel The DadGear Backpack is very lightweight and so full of pockets that it can be used in a variety of ways. It's perfect as your main changing bag that you use every day and it's unisex design means that both parents will be happy to be seen with it. Having travelled by air with two small children, we can also recommend the DadGear Backpack as the ideal hand luggage to carry your baby stuff. You can wear it on your back, attach it to a luggage trolley or pushchair and keep your hands free. The clever pocket design makes a nappy change in a small aircraft cubicle as easy as possible in that situation and you can find everything really quickly when required. There are enough pockets to keep dirty items away from clean ones when you don't have access to a rubbish bin.
