Reminds me of Senchas, of which I'm not a great fan. The description as a yellow tea was deceptive, I've had some great yellow tea, with strong yet unoverhelming flavors.

Keep it cool, not over 180. Great soothing tea, relaxing. You wont get many infusing, but what you do get is a smile.

Our China Jasmine Silver Needle is another delicious soft tea with hints of sweetness. If you are ever looking for a nice white tea - check this one out!
This tea was recommended as an alternative to green tea for those who prefer less astringency. I hadn't ever heard of yellow tea. My husband always has green teas of all kinds to offer, and I usually prefer the "softer" flavors. I also enjoy black breakfast teas, and have had white tea on several occasions, so I was intrigued by the prospect of meeting another tea "cousin." Green tea meets comfort food? My primary impression of this tea was a roasted quality along with caramel. I haven't paid attention to the "deep mineral linger" mentioned in the description, and I don't consider myself all that clever or knowledgeable anyway, so take what I say with a grain of salt. However, I can vouch for the full flavor of this tea, which can be steeped several times for layers of flavor.

Thank you for this awesome review! Glad we could nourish your happy.
Objectively good tea, but very much not to my taste. I'm not typically a fan of yellows, and I know this about myself, but it's hard to pass up a 50% off deal! Recommend trying if you are a fan of yellow tea (this is a well above average exemplar of the category).
