“I first tried this blend at a friends house, and I was hooked. I'm not a big fan of cinnamon, but it was more subtle than I expected and definitely works well with the apples in this brew. This tea was refreshing, and I liked it both hot and cold. Additionally, I like my teas strong, and this tea also needed that extra steeping time. I'm planning on picking up more ounces when autumn rolls around. Just a warning, the first time I brewed this cup in my own home, I didn't notice that I accidentally added too many hibiscus and cranberries to my infuser until my first sip. The tea brewed to a blackish-red that tasted chemically, sour, and soapy. I recognized immediately that this was my fault as I didn't keep the ratio of the ingredients in the the tea the same as the infuser. Previously, I would spoon out a teaspoon of my tea into my infuser, but I've found that shaking the leaves into the infuser gives a more even ratio of ingredients for this blend.”

“This tea is one my favorites. It always makes me homesick and yet comforts me. It brings me to a perfect fall day in New Hampshire; the crisp fallen leaves, the hint of wood smoke and apple cider, the sunshine on my face. It's quite simply the perfect cup of tea at anytime of year when I'm missing my home state.”

“I love the flavours in this tea but personally I wish the cranberry and orange flavours were kicked up a notch (hence the reason for 4 stars instead of 5).”
