“The strawberry sunshine rooibos makes a great alternative for the strawberry oolong if you're wanting a similar flavor drink but caffeine free! Delicious on its own or as a boba.”

“I waited to say anything to make sure I wasn't over reacting. My friend and I had been outside in the hot weather enjoying downtown FoCo. We had her daughter and my 4 granddaughters. We were all hot and thirsty. Being excited about my new tea hobby and the kids loving boba We decided go to Happy's. We got there I sat the kids down and went to order a flavorful boba for all and herbal for me. The two people behind the counter said it was 15 minutes too early for boba. I asked the a few questions to figure out what to get the kids. Neither was happy have to speak to me. They showed their disdain, for my lack of knowledge and having to think of something kids may like, by tone and whispering to each other. I really had pull out all the stops and convince them I need 7 teas. They readily helped customers in between the time we got our teas. Which by the time we did it was 20 min after the hour we could have ordered boba. Of course the kids didn't like it. At that point we we decided to leave. I returned to the counter where they had to finish a conversation before acknowledging me. I asked if they had larger containers so I could combine the teas. The one employee said that's as large as they get. I asked if they had some type of drink carrier. They just kept looking at each other like I was crazy. I turned to walk away and one whisper to the other why would we help them they already have cups. I just want tea and something to hydrate me friend , her daughter and my 4 granddaughters. It something so simple. Feeling shunned is never fun. I'm your typical older looking lady, not rich not poor, don't stick out as an undesirable. For the life of me I can't figure out why it went so wrong. No clue. Heartbroken. as were all of us.”
