Free radicals are caused by frying foods, alcohol, tobacco smoke, pesticides and air pollutants. Free Radicals can cause damage to cells, through a process called oxidation. Some Vitamins, including Vitamin E can help to protect the cells against that damage
USAGE
Take 1-2 soft gels per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Age Restriction 400iu, 500iu and 1000iu is for over 16 years only.
