“I am glad I only bought the small box. I have found this product quite hard to take and it doesnt mix well with cold water(goes lumpy) I found milk was better for mixing it with but the taste was awful. Best way to take it is with fruit or Orange juice. Think it will work, eventually, but may need to take for some months before you see results. I would expect to notice a difference in my nails first of all. Hopefully the rest will follow.”
