The 21oz bottle is the perfect size to take on the go and to use and fill during the day. The 16oz size, which I bought for my son, fits in the side pocket of his backpack and won't fall out when he jostles around or bends over while wearing his backpack. The flip-top cap is of really sturdy construction and easy to clean. I like that it can simply lock with a little metal latch, and that it is easy to tighten and untighten. Both the 16 and 21oz are easy to grip and hold.”
