“Ordered the 21 oz. Golden Oak Curve Bottle and the Flip & Sip lid. Arrived today and I already think that this is the best bottle I've ever owned. I have owned several bottles and gone through them quickly. Most had straight sides and if a little wet or if I was carrying other items, would slip right through my hand. I love the curved sides as it gives me a much better grip. (And I'm a careful person, not dropping things often.) Also love the color and design. The unique design of the Flip & Sip lid makes it a quick and easy access. The lid handle makes it easy to carry and and an even more secure grip. The only thing that I can see that I would recommend for improvement is with the carabiner. I would really like to have the carabiner with a plastic coating to prevent it from scratching the bottle as it hangs down.”

“Loving my 40oz stein!! But, the customer service alone will make me a forever customer! I called about a noise I was hearing in my stein when I turned it up because was worried something might void the warranty. I was informed that it was a piece that assisted with the vaccum sealing and can sometimes become dislodged. This new was fine to me and I wasnt worried. However, HOWEVER, the rep stated that they want all of our customers to be 100% happy and satisfied, so she stated she was sending me a replacement stein!! What the what?! I definitely didn't expect that, but soooo appreciated it!!!”
