“I purchased 3 of these as gifts. One for myself along with 3 flip and sip and 3 of the straws.
One of the steins did not have the nice protective white cover in the box. It was just a clear plastic bag. It made me wonder if it was a return that I got. Hopefully everyone will like them at Christmas.”
“Got this lid to make using the stein bottle a little easier for my child. Sturdy construction, easy to use, and locks to prevent spills. Very easy for a preschooler. The mouth feels like a good size. Overall, happy with the purchase.”
“I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my husband, and so disappointed to find one (mine of course) leaks at the bottom rim every time I take a drink out of it. It must be the water bottle because I tried switching the lids and both worked fine on the other bottle. Tried tightening it hard and not so hard with the same result. Very disappointed for the price I paid for both.”
“I bought a healthy human bottle specifically for this lid. Wanted a locking lid with a handle. Flip mechanism works great. Way better than a screw top with a leash. And I've never had an issue when i use the lock and throw it in a bag. The spout is somewhat small, restricting water flow, but i'd consider that an acceptable trade off for the flip design. Also, the diameter of the lid is a little small, making it somewhat difficult to drop ice cubes in (e.g. out of my fridge ice maker, when two are stuck together), but i bought an ice cube tray that is the right size and they fit fine. This is more related to the bottle design, but wanted to mention it here.”
“This is EXACTLY what I needed! I know it sounds silly but it was honestly a hassle opening the screw top lid every time I wanted a drink of water. With the flip top lid it's super easy to drink water whenever I need it. So glad I have it now!”
