“Okay so I want to be honest because I was pretty heavy when I started this, like over 240 pounds and nothing was working not even the stuff my doctor gave me before. A friend told me about tirzepatide and I figured why not try it. The first two weeks were just getting used to it but by week three I could litterally feel my hunger changing.
