“Been on tirzepatide for about 3 months now and the difference is insane. I've lost 18 pounds and honestly the cravings have just... stopped? “This has been great at start I was 190 now I’m down to 160, I do struggle a little bit with slowing of weightloss but going to up my protein and see if that will help me get to 140”
