“I received the Antioxidant Seed Mix in a sample packet. I like it very much. It has a nice nutty flavor with a bit of sweetness added. I sprinkle it over yogurt and fruit salads.”

“too much poisonous vegetable and sunflower oil. these oils are created with a neurotoxin chemical extraction, then heated till rancid, then bleached. These oils are perhaps the very worst ingredient used in food and are responsible for most human health conditions from cancer to autism. this product went straight in the bin, i didn't order it, it was a free gift.”

Hi Kristian, We are sorry that this product doesn't agree with you. I just want to assure you that we haven't added any additional oils to this product. 99.7% of the fat content on the nutritional panel comes from the unrefined oils naturally occurring in the whole seeds in the mix. The added vegetable/sunflower oil listed on the ingredients come from the dried fruit (cranberries & blueberries) and make up a total of 0.3% of the mix, and are added to assist with the manufacturing processes (its stops the the dried fruits clumping together). They are in such a minute amount that they are considered ‘trace amounts’. To put this into context, the added oils come to 1/40th of a teaspoon per serve. We completely respect and understand your decision not consume processed oils in your diet, but feel it important to clarify your feedback for other customers, so that they have all of the information to make their own informed choice.
