The quality of the materials and workmanship are excellent, the same or better than on the earlier coats I’ve owned since the 1970’s. Also dealing with the Henri Lloyds customer services in the last two weeks has proved to be easy, helpful and very pleasant. I found calling by phone was both quick and effective.
