I have sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts and this product didn't trigger any negative reaction so that's a plus point at the outset! Apply it to damp skin and it foams (just a nice amount - not too much, but enough to make you feel like you're washing your face!), and then simply rinse clean. It rinses easily and does a good job of cleaning the skin - although as expected, it'll need a cloth or extra effort to remove mascara. The scent is familiar but I can't place it - it's quite herbal and soapy. It left my skin feeling a little tight afterwards, unlike this brand's radiance gel cleanser. And for £18 it's definitely pricey! If you have oily skin prone to spots, and want to splurge, this is a great choice. Plus, this company does not test on animals or pay anybody to do so on its behalf (so their website claims).

I received the face wash which arrives in a nice box, the face wash is in a tube type pouch inside. I was quite keen to try out the face wash and was very pleased with the effect this left. My face felt refreshed and cleansed after using this and I thought this was highly effective. Other members of our family tried the face wash and were highly similarly impressed as I was. We all concluded the product was thought to be good value and we would consider buying this again in future.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and waited to see if there were any reactions before reviewing it. I am pleased to say that, in spite of sensitive skin, this purifying face wash ticks all the boxes for me. I'm new to the Herbal Essentials range and have to say this product is smooth, cleansing and hydrating. Its ingredients include Neem and Hyssop extracts . There is very little smell which is good and nothing feels synthetic. Only small amounts of the product are needed to massage into the face and it is nicely packaged.

A gentle face wash that hits the face with an invigorating iciness and leaves an invigorating tingle in its wake. The scent similarly gives you a boost, pleasant and not overbearing. It's packaged nicely too, although the liquid will come out without a squeeze if you're not careful. For this price, you certainly wouldn't want to waste any. Upon application, however, this is a terrific face wash for all ages. As ever, mileage will vary in terms of ridding your face of blemishes, but if nothing else, this always leaves you feeling confident and fresh.

This face wash comes nicely presented in a box. It lathers well and has a nice consistency. In spite of being suitable sensitive skin, and leaving what feels like a film on my skin (even with additional washing off in running water) I have found that rather than nourish my skin, it has dried it out. It hasn't made any difference to the acne, but then it is early days. I have also found the scent (which is very old fashioned and floral) rather over powering too. A flip lid would have been appreciated, as a screw top/lid does not suit a liquid product of this nature. It is expensive for what it is. I usually use La Roche-Posay Effaclar which isn't cheap either but far better value for money and sadly Herbal Essentials Purifying Face Wash hasn't tempted me away from it. However, I have a plenty of the product left which I shall continue using to see if my experience changes over time. In that event I will update this review accordingly. But for now, I'm not a fan.

This is a review of Herbal Essentials Purifying Face Wash with Neem & Hyssop Extracts 100ml. It's a thick clear gel in a reasonably sized 100ml tube. I normally use Clearasil and I would say this is not quite so good. The tube is easy to use and the thick gel lathers up with a little effort. It has a gentle grassy / herbal aroma, not in the least bit medicinal or chemical. It's effortless to apply and rinses off easily. It makes my skin feel good, but perhaps not so cleansed as the Clearasil. The real negative is the price. I don't love it enough to repurchase.

Herbal Essentials Purifying Face Wash with Neem & Hyssop Extracts 100ml The product. This is a herbal deep face wash. It comes in a 100 ml squeeze container. Using. It is quite expensive but a little goes a long way. We have all tried it and found it to be an excellent cleaning product. Even I noticed how smooth my face felt. The ladies in the house love it and you can see a visible difference. The herbs used in the formula really do a much better job than soap or the other main brand chemical face cleaners. Overall. Expensive but very effective. Leaves skin extremely clean and feeling great.
