“When it arrived it was out of the box in the pink bag, the color looked nothing like the pics and 2 of the clips don’t stay snapped, they keep popping open….I wrote 2 times and never heard back from you…not happy at all … this was my 3rd topper …. Loved the first 2, this one I am very disappointed”

“I really wanted to love this . I have a halo and I love it . This however does not look like the videos . It looks like a wig on top . It pops up on top and doesn’t flatten down to look blended . I followed all of the directions and it just doesn’t look right . I wanted to return but if you try it on ( which you have to to know if it looks right ) you can’t return it . Again , for 500$ I probably should have gotten something custom . I really wanted this to work based on the halo I have because the halo be lends so well into your hair . This does not”
