“I have been purchasing toppers from hidden crown for a couple of years. Ever since Cove I have noticed that the quality of hair and the amount of shedding is a lot worse than it used to be. I will say the customer service for hidden crown is amazing! When I first let them know I was having issues with shedding they immediately sent me new toppers and asked me to send the old ones back so they could investigate why they were shedding. That being said I have recently purchased two more toppers and they are still shedding horribly. I know toppers are expensive and the price we pay for them they should last longer than 2 to 3 months.”

“I returned it. I wasn’t able to try it on so I can’t give a full review. I returned it because the roots were lighter then my natural roots and I didn’t think it would blend well. I Wish there were more options for a darker root. It did come packaged well”
