“This is my second time buying a hidden crown (extension) but I am disappointed the band completely ripped after one use and the hair is shedding . Nothing like my first experience I am actually sad”

“I tried the hidden crown and settled on the daydream as perfect for me. I have fine wavy hair naturally that is at my collar bones. I wish I could learn to blend it better but it’s great and great volume and length and weight is not too bad. The color is perfect too I have dark brown hair with red warm undertones and no other company could match my color. I’m on the left in the pic. (But it isn’t loading)”

“Please be aware when purchasing this product. Once you cut the plastic ties they cannot be returned. This notice is hidden and strategically blended in with the graphics so it is easy to miss. Only to find out that once you try it on it doesn’t stay on the head. It’s slides right off because there are no clips. Also, the length is much longer than what is shown in the online illustration. Customer service will not allow returns even though their product is unusable.”
