“At first I love them. They are amazing looking and blended perfectly. Once I washed them following the video instructions, they are frizzy and not as beautiful. I used very high end sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. I gently finger brushed them and had to curl them to make it like it originally was.”

Since we work with 100% human hair, the pieces are often stored with a light silicone coating that helps preserve their condition during packaging. Once washed, that coating will naturally wear off. From that point on, it's very important to keep the hair well-hydrated, as it has been processed and requires a bit of extra care to maintain its quality.
