“I really wanted to love this. I have really super fine thin hair and just couldn't get this ponytail to work. The bungy just wouldn't hold even trying all the tips and tricks on the videos. The customer support was so helpful and they really tried to get me all the information they possibly could to make it work. The hair is super soft and matched my hair and all the other clip ins I have. Great design and quality. My hair was the problem, not the product. I would recommend it to anyone except us ladies with really thinning fine hair. A topper would problably be better. Thank you to the service team who gave me an alternative for this product.
