“This book was ordered as a gift for a golfing friend to mark his 100th birthday. Very impressed with the quality of the cover and my friend's name embossed in the leather. However, the reproductive quality of the early pages is really disappointing. Those pages are very difficult to read. The high resolutions available in modern scanning technology could have avoided this. The later pages, those in colour are much better and more what I was expecting. I'm sure my friend will still be delighted with this gift but the printers should do much better.”
“It's a bit of a shame that the Mirror seems to be the only paper you have the rights to because golf lends itself to more in-depth analysis, but the older pages are interesting to read and overall this made for a well received 80th birthday present.”
