“A really good website with clear information about what to expect. The ordering process was straightforward and delivery was exactly as promised. The product itself was very nicely put together and well presented - the only slight niggle was that the personalised message was just a printed sticker mounted on a page of the book. This is only a very minor niggle though as the product quality was otherwise superb.”
