“I ordered two of these at the beginning of December for both of sons & happy that delivered by the 10th(or so I thought) as when opened the parcel found only one book inside so contacted the seller&told that sometimes dispatched separately,I waited till the 15th so sent another Email to a Rachel who had replied to previous one,she looked into it& replied that both sent at the same time,so one lost in transit.She said if let them know which one missing would send replacement &this I am pleased to say arrived earlier today.”
