“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer care is awful. There is no telephone number to contact them and don't try and email them as all your emails will be rejected by their server which sends out a standard email saying your email has been rejected and the problem is with historic newspapers and it needs fixed by them. I paid £8.99 express postage and the item was 5 days late so I never received it until after the event I needed it for. So now I have to post the item abroad to the recipient. I would not even give them 1 star but could not add this review until I did!!”
