“We bought our son a Birthday book and wanted a Telegraph but wasn't able to order that, so ordered the Mirror one as only one I could, assusmed there was a blip in the computer system and as soon as I placed the order I contacted you to say the book I really want is the Telegraph. You kindly explained why there was nothing you could do BUT would send the other one free of charge which was extremely kind. Our son has received the next book BUT again the Mirror - why. Plus I want to buy 5 books to take advantage of the 15% discount but the site wont allow me as I am told I have already used the discount despite it is valid till 7th February. I have emailed to get an explanation but still no luck. It would help to have a telephone and speak to a human being. I want to buy 5 more books which are extremely impt to us but if I can't benefit from the 15% discount. I will call it a day. So our son still not received correct book. I JUST DO NOT GET WHY ONE CANNOT SPEAK TO SOMEONE. YOUR BOOKS ARE SUPERB BUT IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE THE CORRECT ONE OR YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO HONOUR YOUR DISCOUNTS - VERY FRUSTRATING. You deserve better than this as I do not like criticisining but

“I have ordered many special Birthday books, but was very disappointed in my own book, bought by my sister for my 80th.I ordered the birthday history book as that was the only one you produce in red leatherette. I thought a saw a red presentation box, which I though I had ordered, but my book arrived in a black box!!!!!”
