I'm afraid this has to be a 3 star rating. Quality of the product is fine but the fact that I contacted the company a few minutes after ordering the product to have the inscription on the cover amended and then no proof was sent before the product cover was dispatched was deeply disappointing. And then when I rang and spoke to Rachel to be told my consumer rights didn't apply as the inscription was for a specific person compounded my disappointment. I suggest the company needs to review its ordering process and introduce a stage to allow the purchaser to review/approve their order before the product is printed and bound.”
