“The quality of the prints were very poor on some pages, the faces are so dark it is hard to recognise the subject. The personalised sticker was not straight, the company sent me another sticker to replace myself. They also gave me 20% discount for the poor quality. They advised I could return at my own expense which I was not happy about, as I would have been £15 out of pocket on postage both ways. I am very disappointed given the price we paid for the birthday book, I wouldn’t recommend this company/product.”
