“A lovely idea, but because of the size of the original newspaper, we should have anticipated that particularly for the older stock the print is very, very small, all but illegible for an older person (in this case 94) and certainly not without a decent magnifier.
The binding and pressed lettering on the cover is adequate, but overall, a bit disappointing.”
“Absolutely terrible quality, so disappointing. Pages and sections are totally unreadable and when raised with customer care they were rude and unhelpful. Pointless buying a book that can’t be read.
Took several emails to just get them to agree to allow a return. Faulty product and terrible service.”
