“The book cover is very presentable. However, the interior printing is less than quality. The inconsistency from somewhat acceptable to almost too light to read was disappointing. The lack of clarity when printing the pictures was surprising.
Because the printing is so faulty, the fact that the font is soooo tiny makes it very difficult to enjoy the content.
I was presenting this as an important milestone gift and I felt the need to apologize for the unsuitable printing.”
“We ordered the Historic Newspapers book, the Washington Post edition, for our Pop’s 60th birthday, and while the concept is thoughtful, we were honestly a bit disappointed in the final product. For the price, we expected a more substantial and detailed collection—something with richer article content or more in-depth coverage. Instead, the book primarily consists of front-page snapshots, which makes it feel quite thin and less informative than we hoped. We still hope he appreciates it as a unique keepsake, but we’re not entirely convinced it lives up to the cost or expectations.”
