“I ordered a book that contained multiple errors. I contacted the company and provided photos of the issues, explaining that given the price, I did not feel a book with errors was acceptable. They apologized, stated the errors would be corrected, and sent a replacement.
Unfortunately, the replacement book contained the exact same errors. I attempted to follow up again, but my email was returned as undeliverable, despite the company continuing to operate.
At this point, I consider it a lesson learned. Even without the errors, I believe the book is significantly overpriced, and the lack of follow-up or a working contact method reflects poorly on the business.”
“Your advertisement stated that it had fashion and other interests, besides headlines. I found each page to be front page doom and gloom news. For a birthday gift it might have been more fun to have some other items of interest.”
“Everyone thought it was very cool. I thought it was OK. It is copies if copies (or that is what it looks like). Its a nice book, but don't expect to actually be able to read the newspapers.”
