“Cool product, but I had reached out to expedite the order by 1 day and I even paid for the expedited shipping. Customer service rep was very cold and made no attempt to help expedite things. Company policy or not, I wasn’t happy and thought it was a failed opportunity to provide exceptional service. Not only did it not come in a day early as I requested, but it was not shipped with the expedited shipping I paid for, and it arrived a day later than quoted. Spent the extra money for nothing. So again cool product, but the service is lacking. I’ve found a book making company with very friendly representatives, I’ll use them in the future and just build it myself.
