Overall, the book looks great, and the ordering and delivery process went smoothly.
There are just two small things I wish were different. First, I recommend selecting a picture for the keepsake box. I chose not to in an effort to save money, and it does make the box look a unfinished. Second, while the book can be personalized, the text appears only in capital letters. This is limiting for surnames that require lowercase letters, such as du Plessis, McGregor etc..
Aside from those points, I’m very happy with the purchase and pleased with how everything turned out.”
