“Before purchasing, I did a fair bit of research in the many and varied LED headlights to suit a Fatboy. I live out in the sticks and I found the standard halogen to be very lacking (borderline dangerous) on unlit roads. After speaking with Nate from HogLights, I was more than convinced that the 7" 80W LED was going to be the right choice for me. Nate was more than giving of his time, very knowledgeable and extremely flexible to accommodate my purchase. The light was as advertised, very well made and straight forward to fit. The result: Night (stock halogen) vs Day (HogLights 80W LED)!! Absolutely the right choice. I can actually see more than 50' in front on me now. During the day I use high beam, my mates say that it is not offensively bright or blinding but it is bright enough to gain a drivers attention that there is a bike approaching.
