“This is potentially a very neat design but it is flawed. Parmesan cheese is tough stuff and so quite a bit of force is required to grate it. The surfaces of this mill are completely smooth making it very hard to grip with enough force to turn it. If the areas where you hold it had been moulded with ridges or some other form of grip it would work a lot better. This flaw makes it disappointing. Unless you have the grip of a strong-man I would consider other designs.”
