“I have used home colours many times to buy repeat repeat mugs for myself and as gifts. They are of excellent quality and the delivery service has always been good. However on the last occasion 1 mug was broken and when I contacted customer service the service wasn’t great. I was told that as it had been more than 48 hrs since the item was delivered they could not take responsibility. I had been away and received the parcel 4 days later so there is a difficulty with delivery and receipt times. I now only have 3 mugs instead of 4.”
