“The box was really good quality and perfect colour. Had to return as it was to go in a specific shelf space, on line the size of the large was too big by quite a bit for what I needed so then looked at the small the size was too small so bought the MEDIUM. The box arrived and turned out on the website the sizing was wrong the medium was EXACT same size as the small but double the price. Phoned the company right away who checked their website and noted it was wrong same sizing for both small and medium but medium double the price as I’ve mentioned. I then had to take photos showing the size of the one I received, then email these pictures to them even although they could see wrong spec on their site. I then was told they would give me a return label, never got this. Had to email again a few days later, I then got an email with a return label attached. I returned this box. The label was a 48hr tracked postage. I have had to email again to chase up my refund. Nine days later from posting still no refund. I appreciate times are difficult right now but having to chase this company up each step of the way not good enough. I know it’s only (with postage approx £12) but not happy. I have bought Curver boxes from a company called West End DIY which look great and much cheaper to fit my needs with excellent customer service. Would not use this company again”
