“Charged £5 postage on purchase then £5 to return item(wrong size) neither of these were refunded so I’m £10 out of pocket and it took ages”

“I'm afraid I wasted my money on this. However, for £1 it was worth it, in case I needed to return the slippers. I rarely return items as I find this difficult because the post office is 2 miles away and being in my eighties this can be a problem. Still it was nice to have the option.”

“Came across this company by chance after trawling through the usual places to find not one of them had a pair of men’s slippers size 9. They think you only need slippers at Christmas!!! On the other hand this company had plenty of slippers to choose from and at a reasonable price. Will use again.”
