“This was really useful to buy for £1 although I didn’t need it - this time! But it’s always hit a miss with footwear on line so it was £1 well spent, just in case.”

“I bought a returns label - although didn't use it in the end - I think this is a very good idea - often the cost of returning puts me off, especially if this cost is unknown.”

“Didn,t need to use it,however the Distance Selling Law gives 14 days period in which to return I don,t believe you should actually be charging”
