“I took up the offer of returning my purchase for £1 "just in case". Unfortunately the slippers didn't fit so I was able to take advantage of it. I would have been so much more to pay otherwise.”

“I am sure that the label is fantastic, I have not even looked at it but I feel that it would maybe put people off purchasing from HoS being asked to purchase something they not need. Other companies maybe charge a bit more for the product to cover the return of goods but psychologically if a customer feels that they can return for "free" then they buy that product.”
