“The slippers are fine but unfortunately a little too big. I wanted a slightly smaller size but since that was unavailable I took a chance on one size up. I had already ordered a pair of slippers which were fine. I also at that time paid a pound for a returns label. I didn't need it for the first pair bought and was surprised and disappointed to discover I could not use it to return the second pair. It was apparently not transferable.”
