“These slippers are great and very comfy and warm. Although the sizing doesn't match my usual UK4 size. They came up a size bigger so I have to exchange them for a smaller size. Maybe because its an American design so they are bigger and they are not just slightly bigger but quite a lot as I though I may wear a thicker sock but didn't help. So beware, get a size smaller! The service was very efficient and fast and exchange was for free. Thank you.”
