“This burner performed exceptionally well when used to fry turkey in my 120 quart cooker! I could not have asked for better performance. There was no need to adjust the air inlet as on some banjo burner types. The only thing that I wasn't happy with is that the holes on the mounting plate didn't line up with the holes on my cooker. I am a mechanic by trade so it was an easy fix by using one of the existing holes in the cooker and burner plate and then drilling two new holes in each of the other two mounting tabs on the cooker. (There was enough edge distance to do safely although in retrospect I guess I could have drilled the holes in the burner plate just as easily) Overall a good product and definitely worth the money.”
