“As the owner of a seafood restaurant , being able to boil crawfish in volume, quickly, is paramount to business. I came across HPC when I was looking to upgrade my booking room and needed something that was built to last and that can get lots of crawfish up as quickly as possible.
I was skeptical of the claims made of time to boil//reboil but I’m here to tell you that what they promise, is what you get.
In the 80 gallon pot, we filled it with 30 gallons of water; which let me boil about 9 sacks of crawfish with no problem.
From cold water to boil took 8:23.
After the crawfish were dropped in, it took another 3:24 to coke back up to a boil.
We’ve been doing this for nearly 20 years and I’ve never had a pot and burner that boiled as quickly. This allows us to have minimal down time and more importantly, prevents my customers from having to wait for “the next batch”.
