“I am total blown away by the products built by High Performance Cookers. Their customer service is unbelievable! I ordered a 80 Qt. Seafood Cooker from High Performance Cookers, when I received deliver of the cooker by FedEx, I noticed a hole punch through the side of the delivery box. The cooker pot and burner assembly were both damaged. I contacted their customer service and “Jay” was unbelievable responsive and very understanding of my frustration.
