“Bought a 60gallon because I wanted to do 4 sacks per boil. Well they advertise it boils 4 sacks of crawfish, but when you put 4 sacks in it it’s at the top and when you try and boil you can keep it from boiling out the pot making a mess. They clearly should have made it deeper or wider to give some room. I’m not happy at all considering the money I spend.”

Michael we have sold over 50 of these units in the last year and not had one comment like this from any other customer. Maybe you put a little too much water in the pot for the amount of sacks. While we say 4 sacks there obviously could be a difference in the size of sacks, amount of extras you are boiling if not just crawfish, etc.. But either way would hope you would rate our product on it's performance rather than a small technical issue like this. We will edit our website to say approximate sacks.
Additionally, due to a backlog of orders we had in January, you complained that you did not receive your order in a timely manner, or poor communication. We proceeded to give you a 25% discount off your order and threw in a free custom paddle with your business logo, and added a lid ramp mechanism, all in total in excess of $800 in discounts. But we do not want to have any dissatisfied customers at all, so will refund you, less our restocking fee. Sorry we could not meet you standards, but I am sure you are happy to use our product for your cookout and not have to pay for it.,Management,clientresponse
