“WOW!!! I only set the PSI to 10 and it literally was almost to a full boil in like 5 minutes and a full boil right around the 7-8 minutes. what really impressed me is that I had to turn down the propane to almost nothing because it was almost boiling over but even with it barely turned on it maintained the boil.. When I dumped 33lbs of crawfish in the pot it didn't lose the boil and was at the rolling boil in less than a minute. This setup was well worth the investment!
