“When I received my turkey fryer the gas connection was broke off burner. I called high performance and they sent me a complete new burner. “I bought this a month ago to cook a turkey for Christmas day. Absolute game changer vs the other well known brand that I just sold. Heats up quickly and you'll need to monitor the heat after placing the turkey inside. I almost had the regulator on its lowest setting and easily maintained 350*. I did add a 90* elbow to the drain for ease of draining.”

“This is a great cooker and my only complaint is the sticky mess the glue leaves behind on whatever it is they use on the legs for shipping.. Come on guys we spend good money on a product and I don't want to have to spend 30 minutes removing glue from the bottom of the legs.. There has to be a better way! So five stars for a great product but 2 stars on the packaging. Btw my box still had a hole on it where the propane intake valve was not protected at all.”
