“Heat burner but better customer service. Unfortunately my pot showed up a little bent. I sent in an email asking what my options were since it wasn’t too bad and they called within a few hours ON THE WEEKEND with options. What’s more important here is the fact that when on the phone they let me know that since it was the weekend they called so I didn’t have to worry about using it and could send it back in if I needed after since I was already planning on a big boil. THAT is customer service you don’t see at all anymore.”
